Finally Al is free from Verizon Wireless.
The end of the battle ended and once again I was victorious. Verizon Wirless agreed to let me out of the contract as I became very expensive. I made them come to test the signal in my neighborhood and send replacement phones until they agreed to let me go.
Very difficult company to deal with, if nobody likes your service let them go by pro-rating their termination fee, if you don't, that user will find other ways around it as well as will never go back to you. Verizon Wireless has really bad customer support, not as bad as Dish Network but close enough.
Does it feel that past few years we are loosing all good customer support in big companies? You cannot go to any big store or call any big corporation customer support without being frustrated. My formula is simple, if you don't have good customer support I won't be your customer. I won't spend more time holding on the phone for you. Now I need to cancel my Dish Network contract. They keep charging me for movies that I did not order.
