Paul Sheriff Microsoft Regional Director for SoCal http://weblogs.asp.net/psheriff/default.aspx  has come to the company that I work for two days of training. Lucky for me, the first day the electric power died and we move to the local IHOP to have a long lunch where I spend all the time asking him as many questions as I could about best practices. Face it, when do you have a Guru like him for a 2 hour lunch where you can just pick his brain for the answers to the normal questions.

I was in heaven. He is a very likable person, tries to answer every question and enjoys challenges. Most important, he has seen almost every situation and he has a document with the best practices.
