This is a satellite picture in Coronado CA. What does remind you off?

I believe the person that designed the building was not even thinking, time to go to San Diego and check it out after I come back from Sacramento.

Maybe it is a some sort of Buddhist temple? Swastika is an ancient symbol, representing "universal harmony, and the balance of opposites".

Swastika is ancient Hindu symbol that signifies harmony and balance. Many who are not familiar with its real meaning seem to have ill conceptions and negative view points about this due its use by people who do not represent the ideals that the Swastika symbolizes.
